At Amherst Partners we believe that building a Search Engine Friendly (SEF) and Search Engine Optimized (SEO) website is not an option. That is why we include SEO as a standard part of our base package and our base pricing.
Over the past few months we have been researching and testing a number of SEO extensions for the Joomla platform and have finally selected the SEO extension from iJoomla. Starting now we will be including this extension in all Joomla based websites that we develop. Furthermore, we will use this tool to create all the necessary meta data to enhance Joomla's base SEO capability.
As time permits, over the next few months, we will be retrofitting all of our existing clients' Joomla websites1 with this extension. We will then use this tool to enhance the SEO of each site.
In both cases we will be providing this extension and our services to perform an initial optimization free of charge. This is our way of thanking our loyal clients for their continued business.
- This extension and associated service only applies to Joomla 1.5 websites. Unfortunately, the iJoomla SEO extension does not support Joomla 1.0 so we cannot offer this service on a Joomla 1.0 website.
