The Stabile Companies provide a full range of real estate services. They build and develop quality residential communities throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts. They provide leasing for residential apartment communities and commercial leasing/management services. And, they provide commercial/industrial construction, renovations and fit-ups.

The Stabile Companies is a diversified corporation with a focus on both residential, rental and commercial real estate development. Stabile Construction Services provides a wide range of services from developing commercial office, professional, and retail space to custom home building and home renovation.

Amherst Partners was hired by The Stabile Companies to redesign their collection of websites with the goal of improving overall Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Friendliness (SEF). There were a total of 14 websites that required redesign and reimplementation. A few of those sites were simple one-page redirection sites (www.stabilehomes.com and www.stabilerentals.com) but most required extensive development. All the homes and rentals sites were originally one-page sites nested under the top-level corporate site. Amherst Partners designed and implemented completely individual websites for all these nested pages thereby increasing the overall number of indexed pages with the Stabile "brand".

The Joomla CMS was used as the platform for reimplementation of these sites and the hosting was moved to 1and1 Computing. At the same time the domain registrar for all of the Stabile domain names was consolidated at Network Solutions by VivaDigi, a Nashua, NH IT Services company. This was the first time that Amherst Partners was not in control of the DNS Zone Records for the websites we developed. We are happy to report that this entire process of moving registrars while developing new websites at a different hosting company and redirecting the websites via their "A" Records while not disrupting all other IT services - like email and VPN access - went smoothly and fairly transparently.
